"I was impressed as soon as I opened the box it came very well packaged and feels super high quality. The brush is lightweight, and the soft, rubberized surface gives it a nice grip and a luxurious touch. It’s also really easy to use, and I love that the cord is long enough to move around comfortably. I’m giving 4 stars just because I have a lot of thick hair, and it took a while to dry, so I don’t think it’s the best fit for my hair type. If it had a bit more power or could handle larger sections, it might work better for me. But for someone with fine or medium hair, I think this brush would be perfect: comfortable, stylish, and well made!"
"I bought this for my 6year old with I would say is 3C hair (I have tighter coils so I am not confident it will work for me). She is on the ASD spectrum and this works well for those sensitive to noise. It dries, detangles, and gets smooth in one step which is a win! Definitely a miracle for littles who can't sit still very long :) It's easier to clean than most "hot brushes" due to the spaced out plastic bristles which are pretty strong. I am very pleased with the product. I am NOT pleased with customer service. I paid full price for this item for it to be literally half price the very next week. I wrote for support and they just said "oh well, we don't have rules like regular stores". I have yet to see said rules in writing or reach anyone who cares. Due to that experience, I am hesitant purchasing from this company again."
