Please note that you must register your product within 30 days of purchase before beginning the warranty process. Register Your Product Here. 

Instructions

1. Please complete the Warranty Claim Form below. All fields are required.
2. You will be required to attach a proof of purchase to your claim. 
3. After submitting your claim, you will receive an email confirmation. Claim updates and
   communications will be sent to the email address provided. 
4. Claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
5. Please do not dispose of your product. We may request that it be returned for inspection.

There may be a non-refundable $35.00 replacement processing fee.
