RMA Request Form (pre)

This form will help you return your FHI Heat tool. Please note that all required fields
must be completed to avoid delays. You will receive an assigned RMA number and
return information upon receipt and validation of the information provided. Do not return
your products before receiving a valid RMA number. Packages without a valid RMA
number will be refused.
