What hair types is the UNbrush® best for?

The UNbrush® is designed for all hair types, including straight, wavy, curly, coily, thick, fine, and color-treated hair. For the best match, we recommend taking our hair quiz. Where can I find the Batch Code on my hair tool?

You can find the 6–8 digit batch code in different spots depending on the tool—usually near the top or on the handle of most dryers.

Tracking Updates

Once your order is processed, a tracking number is automatically emailed to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once the shipping label is created.

Warranty Period & Returns

The UNbrush® is not covered by a warranty. All other hair tools include a 1-year warranty. Select older models may be eligible for a 2-year warranty. To start a warranty claim or return, customers must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request before sending any product back. Returns sent without an approved RMA cannot be processed.

Do You Offer Professional or Salon Pricing?

Why Was I Charged a $35 Processing Fee for a Replacement?

The $35 processing fee covers handling, inspection, and shipping costs associated with warranty replacements. This fee helps us process replacements efficiently and get your tool back to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship directly to all international locations. For international orders, we recommend purchasing through one of our authorized global distributors. Please, contact customerservice@fhiheat.com for distributor information in your country.
