- I started with my favorite moisturizing mousse, using about a golf ball-sized amount. Instead of applying it directly to the hair, I worked it into my palm, then ran the FHI Heat UNbrush Curl through the product so the mousse sat between the notches and the body of the brush
- I misted his curls with a bit of water, then brushed through again with UNbrush Curl. The notches [on the side of the brush] make it completely foolproof, ensuring every curl gets even product distribution and definition without disrupting your natural curl pattern
- Next, I used the FHI Heat Innovator Power Pro Speed Dryer with the diffuser attachment to lock in the shape of the curls
- After applying a touch of clay and oil throughout his hair, I switched to the dryer’s smaller, focused nozzle to detail the hair closer to his head
