For the third consecutive season, FHI HEAT teamed with fashion designer TRACY REESE at New York's Fall-Winter 08 Fashionweek, in which the designer drew upon nature for inspiration, featuring strong graphic prints of roses and grass, as well as sky-blue and earth-tones throughout her new Fall collection.
 
Stylist Edris Nicholls and her team created organic, free-form looks to complement the relaxed fashions. One of the team’s favorite techniques began with using the new NANO WEIGHT PRO 1900 TURBO Blow Dryer to reduce volume, followed by the PLATFORM SE iron to flatten hair as needed. The stylists worked a quarter-sized ball of HOT SAUCE into hair as a setting medium. Hair was twisted into two “Princess Leia”-style buns on both sides of the head, and allowed to naturally form waves. After about an hour, hair was undone, and left unbrushed, for what Nicholls calls a “free, soft, wavy and beautiful” effect.
